Welcome to Breathing With Water Into Peace!
During our normal day, it is difficult to take time out to meditate, let alone think about creating peace. And though it can add years to your life, increase energy and creativity, and regulate sleep and overall health, we continue to give into the pains of stress and fear.
One thing we do very unconsciously throughout our day is experience water ~ we have "water moments." Whether it is showering, washing, drinking or cooking, we use, on average, 80 - 100 gallons of water each day per person.
Here we can turn those unconscious moments into moments of conscious awareness. Make your water moments conscious ones. During any water moment:
*STOP
*TAKE 3 DEEP BREATHS – Inhale, hold to the count of four, then exhale while saying “water”.
*EXPRESS appreciation and gratitude for the water you are using or experiencing.
This exercise can help to relieve stress; relieve physical and emotional pain; alleviate fear and worry; create conscious awareness of Mother Earth; raise loving vibrations ~ thus bringing a sense of inner and outer peace.
