Breathing is an important part of my fitness training program. I would like to write a chapter in a new book about the benefits of breathing as it relates to fitness, metabolism, and health. Do you have any suggestions?

Welcome to the community! Check out Dr. Andrew Weil's book and audio on Breathing. It is great. He speaks of the medical and well as the spiritual benefits to breathing; and how it has impacted his life and the life of his patients.
